We understand that sometimes during follow up visits not all questions, concerns or issues might be addressed. Please read below for a list of consultations that are available for scheduling at this time.

Available consultations

Medication re-education

Sometimes clients forget or need re-clarification on treatment plans. It is advised that if there are any questions, concerns or issues that were communicated during a visit that a client is still having trouble understanding, please stop the medication and schedule a consultation.

Treatment adjustments

For issues concerning an established treatment plan including the desire to either alter or change an established regime, please schedule a consultation or wait until scheduled follow up.

Out of stock medication

For issues involving medication that are out of stock in your pharmacy, please first call another pharmacy to verify if in stock. If not, schedule a consultation for adjustment or wait till follow up.

Documentation

For documentation requests such as filling out governmental paperwork, school documents for a minor, Jury Duty forms, etc. Please schedule a consultation.

IMPORTANT

For any emergencies, severe adverse reactions to medication, active suicidal ideation or homicidal ideation, active hallucinations that might endanger yourself or another, please call 911 right away!
